Interview with the new Bishop of Norwich

Launcelot Fleming is the incoming Bishop of Norwich, who is transferring from his current position as Bishop of Portsmouth. In the interview, Fleming discusses his flying visit to Norwich to meet with senior diocese and officials, where he saw Norwich Cathedral for the first time. Asked about his career, the geologist and chaplain to several Antarctic expeditions, describes the role of a Bishop as someone who understands people, a man of prayer, and a centre of unity.
