Whose Fault Is It Anyway?

A drama, made for the Road Safety Officers National Films Committee, aimed at learner drivers and motor cyclists.

This road safety film stages a road accident at a junction and then continues the drama with a Sherlock Holmes-type character arriving in an old car. He carries out exhaustive questioning to find out how the accident happened. The character then returns as the Inspector who knows all aspects of the case.
