A four-furrow plough ploughing in Autumn, pulled by a caterpillar tractor. The commentary explains that this allows the tractor to plough heavy ground. Using this machine a 6 acre field can be ploughed in a day. A combine drill is filled and the drills a field. Horse-pulled harrows and rollers complete the preparation of the soil for wheat production.
