A group of schoolboys are asked to give their opinions about the fictional character, Billy Bunter, popularised in children's books and more recently on television. The boys describe the character, with one of the boys claiming the character to be merely harmless, or funny even. Other opinions offered claim the character is offensive, a bad influence, or an outdated depiction of the public schoolboy stereotype.
