An Anglia Television correspondent takes to the streets of Norwich to gauge public opinion on the latest fashion of trousers for women. Most of those interviewed disapprove of women wearing trousers or slacks, claiming they look better in skirts or dresses. One woman suggests that they are okay for less formal occasions, whilst an older gentleman suggests that women should only ever wear trousers whilst doing the housework.
