Romantic musical comedy about life in a cine club.
Comedy about life in a cine club performed as a musical with lyrics set to the music from Rodgers and Hammerstein's show 'The Sound of Music'. Two new members of the Ilford Cine Club meet at their first club meeting, make a film for the club’s competition together, become engaged and get married. Unable to afford film-making after their honeymoon, the couple leave their movie-making equipment at the club for auction, keeping only the camera for family movies.
