The construction of a model ship for a bottle.
A film demonstrating how to construct a model sailing ship for a bottle ornament as well as how to place and assemble it in the bottle. Ian Lauder, the narrator and ship model-maker, takes us through the complete process, from carving the bare wood for the hull to the painstaking work of rigging, then sliding the vessel into the bottle and erecting the masts.
