Comedy. Two men believe themselves to be the 'hit factor' behind the doo-wop music of the 1950s and 1960s.
A film in mock documentary style. Two men, now thirty years on from their doo-wop days in the 1950s and 1960s, reminisce about how they were behind the successes of Elvis, Buddy Holly and other famous pop stars by providing the doo-wop. Flashbacks to them as young men performing with the greats. Sound extracts from hits of the period (sung by the original artists) including `Hound Dog, `Hit the Road Jack',`Oh Boy', `I Wonder Why', `It's Now or Never', `Stand by Me' and `Stay'.
